Lennar Homes now building in Villas at Charleston Park

Villas at Charleston Park is a gated community in North Port, Florida which is southern Sarasota County.  It features a community pool, clubhouse with kitchen, library, pool room, bocce ball, and fitness.  The lawns are maintained by the homeowner association and the fees include irrigation.  They have a social committee that organizes events such as potlucks, rummage sale, bocce ball, and holiday gatherings.  The library has books, DVD’s and video tapes for residents to use.

Villa Milano is a small gated community located in Port Charlotte, Florida. Come live in style and be close to shopping, restaurants, schools, beaches, fishing, golfing, Charlotte Sports Park and more.
